This was my second book from Richard Bach. Bach manages to creep in lot of inspiration & uplifting feel good feeling in this small book of his. In One that i had read earlier, he says Jonathan Livingston Seagull is his fireworks book. Its a metaphor on why(s) of life. In both the books one can feel the Bach's tremendous urge to readers to look for great, out of the world ideas, that thought can take you to ecstasy. That it can bring a lot of meaning to everything.
Stop taking your empty bag & mind to your work & come back with the same everyday. Do something. Make a difference.
This ones my favourite:
" and dont't you be foolish! What are we trying to practise every day? If our friendship depends on things like space and time, we've destroyed our own brotherhood! But overcome space, and all we have left is Here. Overcome time, and all we have left is Now. And in the middle of Here and Now, don't you think that we might see each other once or twice?"
The catch there is that you cant overcome space & time, both at the same time!

I too liked JLS.. but I prefer the BMCC play they did on the same book prob. 2 yrs ago. Currently I m reading Da Vinci.. n currently means since past one month..he he
